Look what you've done in only 30 years! Ever since I first met you, I was so amazed at the person you are. Today, you are more than I could have ever hoped for! I love you so much, and am so grateful for the man you are in our lives. You are a kind and gentle, and really fun and loving Dad. You are my best friend and so much more. I just adore you.

Thank you for working so hard for our family, and for being such an honorable and faithful priesthood holder. Your relationship with the Lord has brough countless blessings to all of our lives as well as so many others. We love you forever Chauncey!!

How old are we anyways?

Chauncey just looked at me, and in all seriousness asked me this question, "Is Walmart really open this late?" The funny part is that it is only 8:30 pm, on a friday nite.

We were coming home from a Valentine's Dinner Dance from church when little Chauncey saw some lights on a street on a hill above us and asked us what those funny things were. Our answer, street lights.

Are we acting like we are Earlybirds just several decades premature, or have we had young children for soooo long that we are losing touch with reality?

John came to visit

We had a great time when Chauncey's best friend John came to stay with us for a few days. I don't know who enjoyed him more, Big Chauncey, or little. Notice Jackson's underwear in the picture being used as his "pockets" to store his motorcycle he keeps clutched in his fist most of the day.

Chauncey's first tooth LOST!

Chauncey is so funny, he LOVES his Yurdle the turtle and his Build a Bear bear and his flying monkey, he tucks them into bed every nite next to him!
